Testing
Do not take our word for it. Test it.
Everyone in this trade waves the same recycled certificates around, and most of them cover a production run nobody is shipping any more. So we are not asking you to believe ours. Send a vial from any lot to a laboratory of your choosing. We credit that test back against your next order, and if the result misses spec the batch is refunded in full.
We also do not strip watermarks off anyone else's lab reports. Report numbers from labs like Janoshik are publicly checkable, and a supplier who removes one is betting you will not look.

We ship worldwide, and you see the freight before you pay.
US freight is already inside the box price, so a domestic order has nothing added. Everywhere else it depends on the route and the size of the consignment, so we quote it with your order and you approve the whole number before any money moves. Nothing appears at a checkout screen.

Labelling
Ten to a box. Blank, yours, or ours.
Vials arrive ten to a moulded tray with the lot number on the outer carton. Blank glass is the default and costs nothing. Because we work directly with the manufacturer your own artwork can be printed and applied before the vials are trayed instead, at no extra cost above five boxes. All three price identically.

Questions we get before the first order
Is there a minimum order?
No. A single box of ten vials is a valid order, it just prices at the top tier. The break starts at five boxes and there are three of them.
Can I mix compounds to reach a tier?
Yes, and this is the main reason people move to us. The tier counts total boxes in the order regardless of what is in them, so a spread of small quantities still earns the volume price.
Can I have my own label printed on the vials?
Yes. Send vector artwork once and it is printed at the factory and applied before the vials are trayed, so branded product ships straight to you with no relabelling step at your end. It is free from five boxes, adds three to five working days on the first order only, and you sign off a proof before anything runs. Blank vials remain the default and cost nothing.
What actually arrives?
Whichever of the three you asked for. Blank glass with no printing at all, your own label applied at source, or Halden labelled stock. All of it ten to a moulded tray with the lot number on the outer carton.
Do the vials come with a certificate?
You get the manufacturer's reference analysis for that compound where one has been published, clearly labelled as a reference report. We will not tell you it was run on your specific lot, because at this end of the market that is almost never true, whoever is claiming it. Instead we pay for you to test it yourself, crediting the lab cost against your next order up to $100, and we refund the batch in full if it misses spec. If you are building a brand, publish your own results under your own name rather than anyone else's.
How long does dispatch take?
US warehouse orders leave within two working days and land domestically in three to five. China routing adds seven to fourteen days and is used for orders above twenty boxes where the economics are better. Custom label artwork adds three to five working days on the first order only.
Why only crypto?
Card processors decline this category on review and freeze balances when they do, usually with the money still in them. USDT settles on chain in minutes and cannot be reversed or held. If you have never bought it, the payment guide walks through it.
Do you dropship to my customers?
Not currently. Orders ship to you in one consignment. Blind dispatch to a third party is something we will look at once a trading relationship is established.
What are these sold for?
Laboratory research use only. Nothing in the catalogue is supplied for human or veterinary consumption, and we do not provide dosing, protocol or administration guidance. Where you sell on, the same restriction and the compliance obligations in your own market travel with the goods.
